In the beginning...

Cooking is my meditation.

Today I’m inspired to bring my Rubs, Marinades and Pastes into homes, to be enjoyed, and hopefully help anyone, on a low sodium diet.

A portion of my profits will be donated to a distinct fund within the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre Foundation to help create an education program for heart patients leaving the hospital.
